Our mission is to meet all of your short term rental and housing cleaning requirements. We are accountable, reliable, and thorough. As owners or property managers you will have peace of mind knowing that our cleaners will show up on time and complete the job to your specific needs.
We understand that short term rentals have a limited amount of time to complete the cleaning, restocking, and laundry. We recognize the importance of accountability and our cleaners will show up. We realize that not only does the property need to be thoroughly cleaned, but beds need to be stripped, laundry completed, amenities topped up, and the importance of a keen eye for any damage or required upkeep. As current hosts of airbnbs, we also understand that the cleaning is charged to your guests and the need for a fair price.
As of 2023, we will be expanding our cleaning business to include house cleaning. Our mission of being reliable, thorough, and respectable will easily transfer over to this new business venture. See below for further details.

- You customize a cleaning service and a time. You don't have to be home, we will have our cleaners show up on time and prepared to clean!

For Short Term Rentals, we thoroughly clean, disinfect and prepare the space for the next guest or homeowners.
This includes:
- Dust all rooms
- Strip all beds and wash all linens, towels, and used laundry
- Clean countertops, wipe down cupboard faces, clean dirty dishes, clean out fridge, and freezer
- Empty the dishwasher
- Clean bathrooms
- Vacuum all floors and wash
- Make beds
- Disinfect all touch points
- Restock all necessities
- Wipe down any walls, baseboards, and/or furniture
- Take out garbage, recycling, and compost
- A thorough walk through of accommodation to see if anything requires attention from the owner or maintenance.
- Prepare the short term rental as per the host's request.
- Take before and after photos for host's peace of mind, guest review, and accountability.
- A form will immediately be sent to the host after the clean, notifying them of anything that needs addressing.
