Short term rental establishment and initial set up.  In this scenario we help the owner set up their accommodation to be used as a short rental on such platforms as Airbnb, Vrbo or whichever platform the owner wishes to use.  Once created, the owner manages their own short term rental. This service includes: 

• Municipal business licenses, Municipal approval, and Insurance  

• Furnishing purchases and set up

• Listing photos and creating the listing             

• Minor renovations or alterations if required            

• Instruction booklet         

• Training & Guidance for 6 months after Airbnb has been established
